New Subscription Offers
Subscription offers open to all subscribers. Please allow up to 10 days of publication for delivery of your first subscription issue. All new subscribers will get their first issue on the following month prior to subscription date. We will inform subscribers a month in advance if your subscription is coming to an end.
Where a print subscription is offered with a free PDF version of the magazine. We will email subscribers a free soft copy of each issue. The free digital version can be withdrawn at any time during the end of subscription period.
Your subscription contract will be fulfilled by Business Media (Fiji) Ltd, a company registered in Fiji and PNG under registered number 264533 whose registered office is at Business Media Fiji Ltd, 1st Floor, Complex 1, Garden City, Raiwai, Suva, Fiji.
If placing your order on-line when you click “Submit Order” you will either see a page or receive an email if you have supplied your email address acknowledging that your order has been received successfully and is being processed. You will receive this confirmation within 72 hours by email if you supplied an email address.
We will not be responsible if you fail to receive the written confirmation because you have supplied us with an incorrect email address. We reserve the right not to accept or process your order for any reason. All orders are subject to validation checks and authorization by your payment card issuer. If we do not accept your order and your credit/debit card has already been debited, we will notify you and refund
We reserve the right not to fulfill and to cancel orders:
We will deliver the magazines to the address you notify to us when you place your orders. Subscriptions will start with the next available issue, please allow up to 10 days of publication weeks for delivery. You agree that we will not be responsible for failure to deliver the magazines if you have supplied us with an incorrect address. We reserve the right to dispose of incorrectly addressed envelopes and their contents without an obligation to refund you or any other person if they are returned to us and despite efforts to contact you we do not receive correct address details.
We will not be liable to you for any delay in delivery or non-delivery of magazines in the following circumstances:
Cancellations and refunds
Where a minimum term of 12 months is advertised cancellations are not permitted until the end of this initial period and we will not issue you a refund. Should you wish to cancel after the minimum term, please contact our customer care team in writing (see contact details below).
For all other subscriptions or after the minimum term of your subscription, you may cancel your subscription contract at any time by notifying our customer services team in writing. See contact details below. We will refund you the cost of the issues not yet issued to you at the time you notify us of your wish to cancel.
Please note that all credit card refunds will be issued in sterling. Your Credit Card company will convert the sterling amount into your local currency and may charge an additional fee for completing the transaction. If you have any queries about credit card refunds kindly contact email@example.com
Prices displayed on the subscriptions section of the website will prevail at all times in relation to orders placed on-line. Prices quoted on screen include delivery charges and taxes (You either make a one-off payment for a one or two year subscription or make ongoing direct debit payments for any other subscription term. If you make ongoing direct debit payments we reserve the right to increase our prices at any time after the first year of your subscription has elapsed and will notify you in writing with 10 days notice of any such price increase.
Although we try to ensure that all prices are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of your order, we will inform you as soon as possible. You will have the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. We will refund you in full if you cancel the order and have already paid.
If you are under 18 or are not using your own credit/debit card to pay for the subscription, you must ask the permission of the credit/debit cardholder before entering the payment details.
We use the personal and transactional information (e.g. name, address, e-mail address, credit card details) (“Personal Information”) you supply to us in order to fulfill your subscription order. On the online order form we will ask you about receiving details of our products and services. It is your responsibility to ensure the security of your own credit/debit card details to avoid unauthorized use.
The prices quoted in $ are an approximate figure. All credit cards will be debited in US Dollars by your bank or building society on behalf of Business Media Fiji Ltd. US Dollar prices shall be converted by Business Media Fiji Ltd at the rate of exchange published by The Financial Times on the first working day of each month during the period of this subscription promotion. Business Media Fiji Ltd shall convert euro prices at the rate of exchange published by The Financial Times on the first day of this subscription promotion. Your bank or building society may apply a different exchange rate to that applied by Business Media Fiji Ltd to convert the amount to your local currency and/or charge an additional fee for the transaction.
